1. Palming Yoga Asana

Palming yoga helps improve blood circulation near the eyes. Close your eyes and sit in a relaxed position. Then vigorously rub your hands against each other. While rubbing you will feel a sense of heat between your palms. When your palms are warm enough place them on your eyes.

Let the eyes feel the warmth of palms. Once you feel that the heat is gone take off your palms and slowly open your eyes. Repeat the entire process 5-6 times.

2. Rolling Eyes
