2. Rose Water
Not just the relaxing fragrance of rose petals, rose water is ideal for skin rejuvenation. It works as a skin toner as it is a mild astringent. Soak a cotton ball or pad in rose water and apply it to the affected area. Let it sit for a minimum of 20 minutes before you remove them. The rose water will also soothe the eyes.
3. Cold Tea Bags

The antioxidants present in potatoes can help lighten dark under the eye circles. Refrigerate a potato for an hour or more and then cut it into thin slices. Place these slices on the eyes for at least 15 to 20 minutes. Remove the slices and wash with cool water. The potato slices will temporarily soothe the eyes and over a period of time lighten the dark circles too.
