1. Palming Yoga

Palming yoga helps improve blood circulation near the eyes. Close your eyes and sit in a relaxed position. Then vigorously rub your hands against each other. While rubbing you will feel a sense of heat between your palms. When your palms are warm enough place them on your eyes.

Let the eyes feel the warmth of palms. Once you feel that the heat is gone take off your palms and slowly open your eyes. Repeat the entire process 5-6 times.

2. Rolling Eyes

Rubbing of eyes also improves blood circulation. They are very effective and helps you reduce dark circles. Sit in a comfortable relaxed position. Now look straight keeping your eyeballs in the center. Be in this position for 20-30 seconds.

Now look to your extreme left for 20-30 seconds. Then move your eyeballs to the top and look upwards and then extreme right and in the end to the bottom. Keep your eyes in each direction for at least half a minute.

Repeat this 5 times in both clockwise and anti-clockwise direction.

3. Sambhavi Mudra

Sambhavi mudra helps in removing dark circles and keeps your eyes healthy. This Mudra is similar to Rolling Eyes exercise.

Sit in a relaxed position keeping you back head and body straight. Look straight and then slowly look upwards keeping your eyeballs in the center of the eyebrows. Breath continuously at normal speed.

Do this for 10 seconds. Repeat this at least 5-6 times.

4. Shavasana Mudra

This mudra is everyone’s favorite and it is done usually at the end of exercises. Shavasana mudra helps relax your body and mind. It also lessens the strain on your eyes and reduces the dark circles.

Lie down comfortably keeping your legs apart and palms on the sides facing upwards. Be in this position for 10 mins.
